Intermediate Strength and Skill Development Program

Intermediate ring skills - Developing more advanced pushing, pulling and stability.


This group of exercises should be attempt only after mastering the complete list of beginner exercises.


Some skills will develop faster for certain people; prompting a quick shift to more advanced variations.


Use the same standards for sets and reps used in the Beginner Program. However once 5 sets of 10 reps can be accomplished with good form on any skill or holds up to 30 seconds on the beginner exercises; then moving onto the next intermediate skill is warranted.
